Our onsite production support has assisted with both domenstic and international events. By leveraging our vast team of production resourses, we work to staff with local team members to minimize travel expenses.
This event was conducted on-site in New York, NY.
During the presentation, our web technology specialist handled slide advancement for the webcast. Our AV crew handled the camera operation, so participants viewing the presentation online would see a live video feed of the presenter on stage. Our video encoding technician handled the live event streaming (with a primary and backup setup to ensure there would be no complications.)
This event was conducted off-site with InComm's support.
During this presentation, the InComm Web Specialist was in constant communication with an on-site production crew. InComm provided the client with a video webcast platform to accompany their slide presentation. This event also included pre-recorded video files pushed out with the presentation.
