Dial-out: Conference Specialists call the participants, verify audio and video quality, and then connect them to their conference.

Dial-in: Participants dial into our bridge from anywhere in the world using the long distance carrier of their choice. (We service dial-in connections up to 384 kbps.) Conference Specialists will verify audio and video quality before connecting the participants to their conference.

Combination: Our Dial-out and Dial-in services may be combined, so that some participants are called by our Conference Specialists while others dial into the conference themselves.

Conference Types – Unassisted

Dial-in: Participants who have been assigned a specific passcode number may dial into our bridge and enter their conference.
